Prosecution Quashes Hina Alvi’s Arrest Warrant

George Webb is doing the outstanding job of being the real news sleuth that we need. Here, George once again checkmates federal prosecutors. They are dumber than a post to ignore this issue.  One commenter reports:

“Your second motion is prejudicial to the defendant and will be scrubbed from the record.  Consider Notice of Appeal to appeal the denial of your first motion.  You are running out of time.  You only have 14 days after the judge’s denial to file a Notice of Appeal — a simple one page piece of paper.  You don’t have to file an elaborate appeal document until you are contacted by the appellate court.  See FRAP 26 (Google that).”
