FDA Temporarily Escapes Lambasting

This is one of those “good news” – “bad news” stories.  I just received notice from Eric Merola, a Director in the Burzynski organization, that the scheduled court hearing with the Texas Medical Board has been cancelled. The FDA knows what it was facing here and chose not to take us on.

Before you read the rest, please watch this clip. You will see why so many of us are committed to to total reorganization of the FDA to fall under the control of a people exchequer.

AND Whereas the Schiff clip says a lot, this clip of Mary Kunnari will totally drive the point home.
CAUTION – You will need Kleenex

I say good and bad news because, frankly, I was so looking forward to giving the FDA their biggest ass-kicking in their history.  Their decision to chase Dr. Stanislav Burzynski for 14 years stupidest thing they did – other than letting David Kessler have any free reign in the organization.

Look, it’s 2012!  The days when organizations think they can suppress vital cancer treatments options like the Burzynski protocols is over.  People live and communicate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.  No organization can even dream of keeping up with our ability to communicate.

Once “we the people of the United States of America” have voted for a real president this November, the FDA is going to be shut down.  We are not taking any more of the FDA acting as the enforcement arm of the large pharmaceutical companies.  Any treatment that works to cure cancer is going to be available to any person that needs it.

Here is Eric Merola’s letter today:

To all our friends and supporters following and praying for us in our travails with the Texas Medical Board.

Based on a ruling by the administrative law judges dismissing the majority of the case against Dr. Burzynski, the Board has sought and obtained permission to adjourn the hearing scheduled to begin on Wednesday, to try to convince the judges to change their minds, and reconsider whether it wants to continue pursuing Dr. Burzynski on these frivolous charges. No new hearing date has been set.

Our profound thanks for your prayers and support, and to our great lawyer, Rick Jaffe. We are even more hopeful that the Board will realize the folly of its actions and let the Burzynski Clinic continue to treat patients in peace.

The Burzynski Clinic

It is hard to say if it was all of our efforts alerting our representatives on this issue after we launched our call-to-action—or if it was merely the Judges in this case simply reviewing the evidence and realizing there simply wasn’t a case—or both… but either way the most important thing is that the trial has been dropped for now!

Thanks again for all of your support by writing emails, letters, and making phone calls in relation to this case. If you are new to our mailing list and are unfamiliar with this case please [click here] and learn more about it.

Since we now have that taken care of…

Does MSG Make You Fat?

MSG Report

The food additive MSG (Mono-Sodium Glutamate) is a slow poison. MSG hides behind 25 or more names, such as “Natural Flavoring.”  MSG is even in your favorite coffee from Tim Horton’s and Starbucks coffee shops!

I wondered if there could be an actual chemical causing the massive obesity epidemic, and so did a friend of mine, John Erb.  He was a research assistant at the University of Waterloo in Ontario , Canada , and spent years working for the government.  He made an amazing discovery while going through scientific journals for a book he was writing called The Slow Poisoning of America .

In hundreds of studies around the world, scientists were creating obese mice and rats to use in diet or diabetes test studies.  No strain of rat or mice is naturally obese, so scientists have to create them. They make these creatures morbidly obese by injecting them with MSG when they are first born. The MSG triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates, causing rats (and perhaps humans) to become obese.  They even have a name for the fat rodents they create: “MSG-Treated Rats.”

When I heard this, I was shocked.  I went into my kitchen and checked the cup-boards and the refrigerator. MSG was in everything — the Campbell’s soups, the Hostess Doritos, the Lays flavored potato chips, Top Ramen,Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper, Heinz canned gravy, Swanson frozen prepared meals, and Kraft salad dressings, especially the “healthy low-fat” ones.

The items that didn’t have MSG marked on the product label had something called “Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein,” which is just another name for Monosodium Glutamate.

What Is Obama’s Compass?

This Video by Dinesh D’Souza called “Obama & 2016″. I think this is one of the most powerful videos ever done on this subject. Who is Dinesh D’Souza?

D’Souza has been called one of the “top young public-policy makers in the country” by Investor’s Business Daily. The New York Times Magazine named him one of America’s most influential conservative thinkers. The World Affairs Council lists him as one of the nation’s 500 leading authorities on international issues. Newsweek cited him as one of the country’s most prominent Asian Americans.

A former policy analyst in the Reagan White House, D’Souza also served as John M. Olin Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, and the Robert and Karen Rishwain Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College in 1983.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin May Reduce Cataract Risk

March 2012

New research from Finland suggests that increased levels of lutein and zeaxanthin may reduce the risk of cataracts by about 40%.

The highest average levels of lutein and zeaxanthin were associated with a 42% and 41% reduction in the risk of cataracts, respectively, compared with the lowest average levels, according to results published in the British Journal of Nutrition.

The study adds to an ever-growing body of science supporting the role of lutein and zeaxanthin for eye health, with the majority supporting their role against age-related macular degeneration (AMD), the leading cause of legal blindness for people over 55 years of age in the Western world, according to AMD Alliance International.

Researchers from the University of Eastern Finland and Lapland Central Hospital base their conclusions of data from 1,689 elderly people aged between 61 and 80 participating in the Kuopio Ischemic Heart Disease Risk Factor Study.

The data revealed 113 cases of incident age-related cataracts, of which 108 were nuclear cataracts, said the researchers.

The highest versus lowest average levels of lutein and zeaxanthin were associated with significant reductions in the risk of cataract, wrote the researchers.

The researchers note that both compounds appeared to provide similar levels of protection from cataracts, an observation they said challenges the hypothesis that zeaxanthin is more important for lens health.

“The ratio of zeaxanthin:lutein is much higher in the lens than in the plasma, suggesting that the lens of the eye mainly accumulates zeaxanthin,” they explained. “Both lutein and zeaxanthin protect liposomal membranes from light-induced oxidative stress.

“Zeaxanthin appears to be a more effective protector against UV light exposure, because lutein and zeaxanthin may be oriented differently in biological membranes.

“In addition, zeaxanthin is also especially very effective in protecting lipid membranes against peroxyl radical oxidation.”

Vitamin D Reduces Risk of Stress Fractures

March 2012

Increased intakes of vitamin D may reduce the risk of stress fractures in adolescent girls, says a new study that adds to the potential health benefits of the sunshine vitamin.

Girls with the highest average intakes of vitamin D were 51% less likely to suffer from stress fractures, compared with girls with the lowest average intakes, according to findings published in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine.

“Our findings support the Institute of Medicine’s recent increase in the Recommended Dietary Allowance for vitamin D for adolescents from 400 IU/day to 600 IU/day,” wrote researchers led by Kendrin Sonneville, ScD, RD, of Children’s Hospital Boston.

“Because too few participants had a vitamin D intake higher than 600 IU/day, we were unable to explore the potential benefits of vitamin D intake in excess of the Recommended Dietary Allowance.”

The new study adds to the bone health potential of vitamin D. Dr. Sonneville and her co-workers explain that stress fractures, a relatively common sports-related injury, occur when stresses on a bone exceed its capacity to withstand and heal from those forces.

The Boston-based researchers analyzed data from 6,712 pre-adolescent girls participating in the Growing Up Today Study. During seven years of follow-up, the researchers report that 3.9% of the girls developed a stress fracture.

Intakes of dairy and calcium did not influence the stress fracture risk, they said, but vitamin D was associated with a significant reduction in stress fracture risk.

“Given the limited knowledge of modifiable risk factors for stress fracture among adolescent girls, the results of this study provide important information regarding the role of dietary factors in the prevention of stress fracture,” wrote Dr. Sonneville and her co-workers.

Evolutionary Thoughts – What If?

The way we think affect our body as well as our lives.  Use this belief on a daily basis to make conscious changes in our minds, bodies and personal lives.

It’s very clear today that there is a new and emerging science called “psychneuroimmunology” that is going to have a profound affect upon how we shape and control the outcomes in our lives.

Our bodies release chemicals as a result of thoughts we hold that make us “feel” the way we see ourselves in the thought.  When we experience pleasure, our minds release “dopamine” which causes us to feel more excited.

Alternatively, when we feel angry or agitated, our minds release “Neuropeptides” that cause our bodies to respond in a like fashion.  This can become a very dangerous cycle as the thought feeds the mind that feeds the release of the chemical… which in turn makes us feel more aggressive.  The cycle continues and the “person” can become at risk of “losing it” if he/she is unable to control thoughts at this point.

Perhaps “going psycho” is where we see this happen.  At some point in the cycle, one truly does become a “psycho”.

Monsanto Starts To Crumble

Some call it the “thin edge of the wedge”. Others just call it “good news!” But recently my friend Mike Adams over at Natural News filed this report:

(NaturalNews) A recent two-day protest in Northern California against genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) led to the complete shutdown of a Monsanto corporate office for an entire day, according to reports. On Friday, March 16, 2012, activists affiliated with the Global Days of Action to Shut Down Monsanto began rallying in front of the Davis, Calif., office of Monsanto, where they held up banners, gave speeches, and set up tents in front of the Monsanto building on Fifth Street, which caused the biotech giant to shutter its operations.

However you interpret this, it can’t spell good news for the ailing petrochemical giant – Monsanto. To be fair, not everything Monsanto does is so vial as their foray into “Genetically Modified Organisms.” If you listen quietly, you can almost hear the theme from “Rocky” as Monsanto uses its wealth of resources to subvert the system and to hold YOU on the ropes.

Medical Fraud

This is what happens when you let vertical thinkers try to solve our problems. When will it ever change? When you watch this video, you see on the surface a group of medical professionals trying to solve problems. What I find so offensive is that they went to work based on matching cancers to drugs. Who died and left “drugs” as the solution to everything? Drugs are not the answer. They are the question – to which the answer is NO!

In the end, it all comes down to money. How about we just drop the bullshit and let people have the cure for cancer with NOBODY profiting? Isn’t it the human thing to do?
