FDA Temporarily Escapes Lambasting

This is one of those “good news” – “bad news” stories.  I just received notice from Eric Merola, a Director in the Burzynski organization, that the scheduled court hearing with the Texas Medical Board has been cancelled. The FDA knows what it was facing here and chose not to take us on.

Before you read the rest, please watch this clip. You will see why so many of us are committed to to total reorganization of the FDA to fall under the control of a people exchequer.

I say good and bad news because, frankly, I was so looking forward to giving the FDA their biggest ass-kicking in their history.  Their decision to chase Dr. Stanislav Burzynski for 14 years stupidest thing they did – other than letting David Kessler have any free reign in the organization.

Look, it’s 2012!  The days when organizations think they can suppress vital cancer treatments options like the Burzynski protocols is over.  People live and communicate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.  No organization can even dream of keeping up with our ability to communicate.

Once “we the people of the United States of America” have voted for a real president this November, the FDA is going to be shut down.  We are not taking any more of the FDA acting as the enforcement arm of the large pharmaceutical companies.  Any treatment that works to cure cancer is going to be available to any person that needs it.

To all our friends and supporters following and praying for us in our travails with the Texas Medical Board.

Based on a ruling by the administrative law judges dismissing the majority of the case against Dr. Burzynski, the Board has sought and obtained permission to adjourn the hearing scheduled to begin on Wednesday, to try to convince the judges to change their minds, and reconsider whether it wants to continue pursuing Dr. Burzynski on these frivolous charges. No new hearing date has been set.

Our profound thanks for your prayers and support, and to our great lawyer, Rick Jaffe. We are even more hopeful that the Board will realize the folly of its actions and let the Burzynski Clinic continue to treat patients in peace.

It is hard to say if it was all of our efforts alerting our representatives on this issue after we launched our call-to-action—or if it was merely the Judges in this case simply reviewing the evidence and realizing there simply wasn’t a case—or both… but either way the most important thing is that the trial has been dropped for now!

Cancer Treatment – Who’s Holding It Back?

It all started when Rick Simpson was looking for a solution to his own cancer treatment issues. Pharmaceutical drugs were not working, and as we all know, Pharmaceutical companies don’t really care about the health side of the equation. What interests them is simply MONEY.

The FDA is going to lose the cancer treatment battle. Like any other battle, it comes down to numbers. With 40 million bloggers talking about this, and with hundreds of thousands of growers working to help spread the news about effective cancer treatment, the FDA should either LEAD, FOLLOW … OR GET OUT OF THE WAY.

Dr. Mary's MonkeyIf you follow along the news about what’s going on with Big Pharma these days, then this story will scare you significantly. I picked it up by accident this evening. Watch the Jones video below and then do some reading. If you’re baby boomer, this stuff should annoy you intensely. And “if” you are a baby boomer, then you are among the last of the generations that have enough moxie to put a stop to this crap.

One of my other websites is about heart palpitations. I got palps back in 2001 and decided that I was going to find the cure myself. Doctors just weren’t interested. One of the drugs they put me to control palpitations, was one of the drugs that Alex mentions in this video. I was only on it for about two weeks before I told them to take their drugs… and .. well you get the idea. After that, I spent 6 years finding the real cure for palpitations, then published my story on “Stop Heart Palpitations” website.

Burzynski VS the FDA – Audio

Don’t Be Stupid – Doctor!

Some folks can’t take my blunt nature, so I warn you up front that this post is an example of it.  I continue to be amazed at the stupidity that seems be ubiquitous in the medical profession.  A health journal today said this:

TUESDAY, May 10 (HealthDay News) — Osteoporosis is often undiagnosed and untreated in elderly heart failure patients, a new study finds.

Canadian researchers looked at 623 heart failure patients, average age 69, and found that 12 percent of them had moderate to severe compression fractures in the spine, and 55 percent of those patients had multiple spinal fractures.

Spinal fractures are a sign of osteoporosis, but only 15 percent of the heart failure patients with spinal fractures were being treated for osteoporosis, the investigators found.

Osteoporosis, a disease common in older women, weakens bones, making them more likely to break. Spinal fractures in heart failure patients are easily detected through chest X-rays.

After accounting for a number of other risk factors for osteoporosis, the researchers concluded that heart failure patients who also had a heart rhythm disorder called atrial fibrillation were twice as likely to have spinal fractures as those with normal heart rhythms.

The study is published May 10 in the journal Circulation: Heart Failure.

“Osteoporosis is an infrequently recognized and undertreated comorbidity of heart failure,” lead author Dr. Kristin J. Lyons, chief medical resident in the department of medicine at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, said in a journal news release.

No s**t batman!  Did you figure that out all your own?  Osteoporosis does NOT weaken the bones!  Osteoporosis IS the weakening OF THE BONES.  Osteoporosis only exists if you allow it to exist.  Osteoporosis requires an acidic environment.  To have it, you need to drink a lot of soda or colas, eat red meat, drink beer, smoke, over exercise and participate in many other acid-forming a activities.

If you do all these things right, then over time you will build up massive inflammation in your body.  You will very likely get atrial fibrillation or heart palpitations.  You may also end up with IBS, which is a precursor to many other inflammatory diseases.

These medical people refuse to acknowledge the problem here.  They continually look at treating the symptoms rather than addressing the root cause.  I have very little tolerance left for medical practitioners who would rather deal drugs than solve the problem.  The problem is inflammation.  Fixing inflammation issues is easy.  If it takes money away from big pharma at the same time, well that’s just a bonus.

Wake up people!  Stop supporting drug dealers. Do some research for yourselves and prevent the conditions that allow IBS, Lupus, Osteoarthritis, cancer, and many other diseases to exist.

$22 Billion Spent On Cancer Drugs Annually – Don’t Count On A Cure!

This “war on cancer” is making me sick!  But what I am really sick of is reading is stories like the one in Bloomberg Business Week today.  According to Bloomberg;

The bigger payday will come from big-ticket drugs that treat the millions who suffer from more common—and lucrative—forms of cancer, such as those affecting the lungs, breasts, or prostate. In January, Epizyme, a company co-founded by Nobel laureate H. Robert Horvitz, agreed to a deal worth up to $650 million with GlaxoSmithKline to search for epigenetics drugs for cancer. Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Lilly, and at least four venture-backed startups are also racing to devise cell-reprogramming drugs for more prevalent tumors. “Every major company I know of has a program” in epigenetics, says Jean-Pierre Issa, an oncologist at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

Cancer drugs are the world’s top sellling drug category with over $22 billion is US sales alone!  That figure is up from $15.8 billion in 2006.  Imagine what the bill is going to be once the effects of Fukushima begin to manifest!  What really pisses me off is that scientists don’t want to focus on how to NOT GET cancer in the first place.  No way!  They would never opt for a step like that because it would cost them billions of dollars.  They want you to get cancer, and they want to sell you the antidote!  Big Pharma is betting the farm on this working.

Much of big pharma’s efforts are going into manipulating specific genes with nano-technology.  That so wrong headed!  As the cancer rate accelerates in the coming years, you are going to have to make some hard decisions.  Studies show that over 90% on oncologists would refuse chemo therapy if they personally had cancer.  What does that tell you?

With what I have seen in relation to alkalinity and cancer, powerful natural antioxidants and inflammation, hemp oil, and other traditional wellness support mechanisms, I am not taking any chances with these “johnny-come-lately” alternative medical practitioners.  You call them doctors.  I call them licensed drug dealers.  They are the true “alternative medical practitioners” since they have only been around for 120 years, whereas my choice for medical support has been here for over 4,000 years.

Do not confuse my disdain for doctors to include all doctors.  I like the bone menders, cardiologists and other specialists, along with the organ transplant folks.  They are the “mechanics” of the health care business.  The others are nothing more than drug dealers in lab coats.

What is really needed is to fire everyone at the FDA and then recreate that organisation properly.  Fire all of the “Czars” appointed by Obama and start again.  But most of all, nationalize big pharma.  Re-write their mandate to ensure their focus is on disease prevention.

Finally, no one escapes blame today.  If you are going to keep smoking, drinking and eating “stupid food”, then take your lumps!  Don’t try to sue tobacco companies because you claim their product harmed you.  You  have to be a moron not to know right from wrong.  Every human on the planet knows the difference. Take some responsibility and balance your dietary and lifestyle habits…or enjoy the ride and whatever pain it provides.

Woman Drowns Her Cancer

I got an email from my brother tonight. His daughter-in-law was diagnosed with a very aggressive cervical cancer last year. She was told that she needed immediate intervention (chemo and an operation). She understands the relationship that doctors have with big pharma and she dislikes big pharma nearly as much as we do. So she opted to NOT take their treatment. Many would say she was foolish. But when you look at the survival rate by cancer patients that doctors work on, it is considerably lower than the rate for people who choose other options.

For one year my business partner personally drove 2.5 gallons of water over to this young lady every second day. As well, she started consuming wheatgrass. She also cut out all forms of acidic foods and drinks such as cola, alcohol, red meats and beer etc.. She ended up getting pregnant and had the baby this past January.

Today I got the news that makes it all worth while. Here is the email from my brother:

Leslie went into the clinic Friday for her cervical cancer operation. They told here that, since she’s in the clinic, they may as well do an exploratory. The Doctors were blown away! The tumors have shrunk to the point where no action is needed. She was home in an hour or so.

When I hear testimonies like this I get goosebumps. We have long known the value of alkaline water, but now with such a good news story so close to home, we are so happy!

As a side note, we are working on a video or audio testimony soon to discuss the roll of alkalinity in mitigating radiation damage. I recently had a conversation with a bio-chemist who is a Radiation Safety officer in the USA. He had some interesting information about radiation and about how it behaves and how it can be mitigated. Stay tuned on this site for that. I am trying to get it done by Sunday night.
